This page explains the refund position for Nevienne, a brand operated by Aspecterra Limited. The Nevienne website is currently a waitlist-only site. It does not sell products and does not take payment, so there is nothing to refund. It sits alongside your statutory rights as a consumer and does not replace them.

Right now the Nevienne website only lets you join a waitlist so we can notify you about Nevienne and any future launch. Joining the waitlist costs nothing. We do not take any payment, we do not process card details, and joining is not an order. Because no money changes hands, no refund applies.

You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any waitlist email, or by emailing support@nevienne.com. Leaving the waitlist is also free.

3. Future paid pre-orders

If and when Nevienne opens paid pre-orders or sales in the future, we will publish a full cancellation and refund policy before any payment can be taken. That policy will set out your statutory right of withdrawal, how to cancel, and how any refund is processed. Until then, nothing on this page creates a right to a refund, because there is nothing to pay.
