These Terms govern your use of the Nevienne website and the Nevienne waitlist. By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Who we are

Nevienne is a brand operated by Aspecterra Limited. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Aspecterra Limited.

2. Eligibility

To join the waitlist you must be at least 18 years old. Our future products are food supplements intended for adults. By joining the waitlist, you confirm that you meet this condition and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. How the waitlist works

The Nevienne website is currently a waitlist-only site. We are not yet selling products. The waitlist lets you ask to be notified about Nevienne and any future launch. It means the following:

• Joining the waitlist is free. There is nothing to pay, and we do not take any payment or card details.
• Joining the waitlist is not an order and does not create a sales contract. It is only a sign-up to receive updates from us by email.
• To join, you submit your email address, and your first name if you choose to. We use these to send you updates, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Being on the waitlist does not reserve any product, price or quantity, and does not guarantee that any product will be offered for sale.
• You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any waitlist email, or by emailing support@nevienne.com.

If and when paid pre-orders or sales open in the future, we will publish separate sale terms covering prices, payment, ordering, delivery and refunds, and we will update this page.

4. Product information

Nevienne products are food supplements. They are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of the reach of young children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, or under medical supervision, consult your doctor before use.

We take care to describe our products accurately. Any general information about ingredients or research is provided for context only and is not medical advice and not a promise of a particular result. Product packaging and labelling may differ slightly from images shown on the website.

5. Use of the website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could damage or impair it. We may suspend or withdraw access to the website at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The Nevienne name, logo, branding, text, images and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Aspecterra Limited and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of this content without our prior written permission, except as needed to view the website normally.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss that does not arise from our breach. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and nothing in these Terms removes that protection.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@nevienne.com so we can try to resolve it. As a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one published on the website at the time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we make a change.
